Wheel & Tyre Sequence Monitoring
Scope.
Our customer in the automotive manufacturing industry required a software solution that would make sure all tyres leaving the plant factory line are in sequence and the correct position on the trollies when they leave the plant.
Solution.
We delivered a desktop application solution which requires the operator on shift to log in to use the system as a requirement was to track and keep historical data of events on the system.
A visual display of the trolley is shown as tyres are loaded onto it. The desktop application displays a list of tyres loaded and next expected sequence to be scanned is shown.
A QWERTY Scanner or on-screen keyboard can be used to scan tyres. The application is versatile and allows tyres to be swapped out for replacements on the system.
Reports of all tyres scanned onto trolleys in their sequence are recorded and can be pulled from the application by the correctly authorised operators.
