Equipment designed to automatically press monoliths into a convertor case from 1 or both ends.

This equipment is designed to automatically press the monoliths into the convertor case from both ends, or from 1 end only. All tooling is removable using SMED principles. Maximum press force = 5ton / Max. part diameter = 250mm / max. part length = 500mm (can be altered to suit requirements) / High-resolution load-cells measure the press-in force to within a 5kg resolution, with results displayed and made available for database management, or interface with external database via PROFIBUS, ETHERNET, etc.
