S4 Integration hosted a 5km charity fun walk on the 28th of September 2019 at GrassRoof in Port Elizabeth in order to raise funds for the Isithembiso Babies Home based in Miramar, Port Elizabeth. With the funds raised we managed to take care of the home’s biggest needs at the moment.

Teranique Watts, Coordinator at Isithembiso Babies Home emphasized how much it meant to them that S4 Integration queried what their needs were and donated accordingly and couldn’t be more grateful for the donation. “These donations are going to be put to use straight away! Sleep suits for safe sleep, cd player for music for our little baba’s, nappies as you know for dirty bums and the hoover has brought delight to our ladies for their cleaning!” added Teranique.

The Isithembiso Babies Home was established in 2005 and have since cared for over 140 babies.Their main objective is to provide a place of safety for babies from newborn to three years old who have been abandoned, abused, neglected or orphaned.

The Isithembiso Babies Home was established in 2005 and have since cared for 140 babies. Their main objective is to provide a place of safety for babies from newborn to three years old who have been abandoned, abused, neglected or orphaned. In addition to that, they nurture their physical, emotional and cognitive abilities in order to help place them in foster homes.

“It was really wonderful to see so many colleagues from S4 who generously supported Isithembiso as well as the CFC who all worked together as a team to put together the fundraiser. It’s a privilege to work with such a great team and to be able to build into our areas of influence in PE. It is more blessed to give than to receive and I am looking forward to the next exciting endeavors of S4 and the CFC,” adds Elana Blom, a member of the CFC.

The S4 CFC was founded this year and our mission is to make a difference in someone’s life. The CFC managed to do this successfully with their first fundraiser this year. By donating to Isithembiso Babis Home, you’ll play a part in securing a future for the young lives in their care. Donate today
