Technical highlights

Spring-loaded Probe Tips

Spring-loaded probe tips reduce the chance of “skipping” the circuit even when probing at an angle. The mechanical pressure that the user has to apply is reduced and therefore probe life is enhanced. PMK`s very fine probe tips and adapters are usable down to 0.5 mm pitch when probing QFP IC`s.

Hybrid Technology

PMK 2.5 mm miniature and 5 mm standard probes feature ceramic thin or thickfilm substrates. The resistors are laser trimmed. This technology offers high bandwidth, fast risetimes and accurate impulse measurements. PMK Probes guarantee precise voltage stability and reading accuracy as well as signal fidelity.

Coaxial Reed Switch

Reed switch allows switchable probes bandwidth performance up to 350 MHz in 10:1 mode. Our reed switches have a breakdown voltage > 4.000 V. Another advantage is their life time with over 500.000 switching cycles
